We are currently looking for twelve (12) college students to participate in the AM Best Hybrid Summer Internship Program. Through this program, students will have the opportunity to apply, refine, and build upon what they learned in the classroom while working alongside AM Best's professionals. It will be a great opportunity for students to obtain on-the-job experience while gaining clarity about a career choice.
We will offer targeted insurance industry training during this program to ensure that all interns will have a general understanding of the insurance industry and the importance of AM Best in the industry. All interns will receive this training irrespective if they are working in the ratings area or elsewhere in the company. The goal is to educate the interns, so that when they complete their internship they are able to articulate what they learned during their internship to prospective employers.
